Allen Technologies did a great job on 15-Nov-2019 by installing for my business.
What exactly were you looking for in an accounting/ERP software?
To be precise it was an accounting Software with some ERP solutions.

Gives me various reports like Balance Sheet, P/L, Trial balance etc.

Accounting Voucher Invoicing.

Reports are fine in general but anything extra whenever needed, gets customised.

Yes very often, especially during the first 3 months when we started using Tally for the first time. Later on, when we were familiar with Tally, we rarely reached out to the support team.

Now that we are familiar with Tally for our process, we rarely contact them in case of any issues. Overall their support is rated a 5Star.
The correct accounting software helps you to properly maintain the books of accounts with accuracy and reduces the burden of the organisation, which Tally does for my business.
