How and when did your journey with Tally start?
Work started from Tally 7.2 till Tally ERP9. As a tax practitioner, I needed a software for various accounting tasks. And I heard how many of our fellow tax advocates/ tax consultants know about Tally software and have continued to use it relentlessly, I had to look nowhere else, but choose Tally for my business as well.
What exactly were you looking for in an accounting/ERP software?
Being a tax advocate, I was looking for the simple tax calculation, and return filing facility for my customers which Tally offered.
How has Tally contributed in solving their business problems?
In my own profession, Tally has not only easily represented tax but also solved the problem of returns.
Which Tally feature do you use the most?
It can then be seen as per the works. While all of Tally’s features are extremely beneficial; for me return filing feature and getting tax-related information is the most useful.
How useful do you find the reports in Tally? How often do you refer to them?
Every report given by Tally is quite useful and is used as per the need basis.
Which report has helped your business the most and how?
For us in the past VAT report and present GST report are one of the most helpful reports.
How much have you progressed over the years post the usage of Tally in terms of employment given, revenue etc?
While it depends on the methodology, but there is no doubt that Tally has given a new dimension to our progress.

The area where there are experienced people like Mr. Mukesh Ranjan (RANJAN COMPUTER registered partner of Tally solutions Pvt. ltd.), one does not need to reach out to Tally support.
