Town Essentials provide a complete dry grocery supply solution to commercial kitchens. Items ranging from dry groceries to rice and imported sauces to disposables are procured by an experienced purchase team that is constantly scouting for exciting products and great deals. They also buy in large volumes and always pass on the price benefits to customers after keeping a fixed margin.

Despite publishing a fixed price listing to ensure that customers get full benefit based on credit terms and purchase volume, the tailor-made software did not perform as expected. The salesperson who goes to supply goods can simultaneously collect outstanding payment from the same clients, since the sales summary generated in Tally.ERP 9 gives the complete picture. As each customer is linked to a salesperson, the performance of every salesperson is tracked
  • Ease of Use: Item wise order details yield information about the raw material Town Essentials must procure or produce. This informs Town Essentials' managers about the total raw material available against the required weight of the finished product. The raw material may come in bulk while the end product may be shipped to the customer in small packets. Both are being captured in Tally.ERP 9 effectively
